from a holistic perspective~body, mind, and spirit. We understand the unique burdens and responsibilities of families with
special needs and believe by educating, supporting, recognizing, and honoring the caregiver, we are reducing stress, promoting
health and well being, thus improving life for the entire family.
Angel's Flight Respite Center
Vision for the future....a caregiver respite center in the lakes region of Maine.

renew their spirits. Twenty-five percent of all money raised is
applied to this fund.
Providing markers, headstones, and angel gardens in memory and tribute of children who have passed away.
This program provides memorial monuments to families who's children have passed away from chronic illness or disability that
cannot afford a permanent marker or tribute. The marker may be a headstone, garden bench, artwork
or other form. We work with families, individuals, organizations,
medical professionals, churches and funeral directors to identify families who qualify for this program.

the often challenging lives of families coping with chronic illness or disability. Whether you choose a night on the town, laptop computer, personalized gift basket, or musical instrument,
the gifts are meant to uplift the spirit of a family caregiver and help reduce the chronic stress and burdens they are under.
Nomination forms for the gift program may be submitted
by friends, family, colleagues, medical professionals, social workers, or the caregiver themselves.
After a nomination is received, we must verify the facts submitted to determine
eligibility for the program. A HeartGlow representative will contact you and the person you are nominating
to begin processing the application.
To be eligible for this HeartGlow Center
program, a recipient must be a primary family caregiver of a person with a permanent or
long term chronic illness, disease, disability, or age-related disorder in the United States of America. Professional caregivers
and those who receive monetary compensation for their care of others are not eligible for our gift programs. Please don't hesitate to contact us, if you have any questions regarding eligibility, we desire to be inclusive of as many people as we can.
